The makers of director Sundar C's upcoming film Mookuthi Amman 2, starring Nayanthara, announced that the production has concluded.
Unveiling a special announcement glimpse, actors shared their experience working with Sundar C, in which the crew gathers to celebrate the film's completion. Also, actor Sneha is set to make a cameo appearance in the film along with Kushboo.
With the first part directed by RJ Balaji, the second instalment shares no connection with the first one.
Apart from Nayanthara and Vijay, the ensemble cast of Mookuthi Amman 2 comprises Regina Cassandra, Suneel, Yogi Babu, Abhinaya, Ineya, Garuda Raam, Singampuli, Vichu Vishwanath, Ajay Ghosh, and Myna Nandhini, among others.
Sundar C's frequent collaborator, Hip Hop Tamizha Adhi, is all set to compose for the sequel. Venkat Raghavan has co-written the film with Sundar C. The rest of the technical crew comprises cinematographer Gopi Amarnath, editor Fenny Oliver, and art director Gururaj.
Ishari Ganesh of Vels Films International backs the upcoming film, which will also be co-produced by Avni Cinemax Pvt. Limited, a joint venture between Sundar C and Khushbu Sundar, Rowdy Pictures, a collaboration between Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan, and Ivy Entertainment.
