When two actors happen to meet at a public place, it often leads to some meaningful conversations between them about art, life, and each other's work. Take Kamal Haasan and Anupam Kher, for instance. Earlier today, we reported about Anupam sharing his thoughts about his recent meeting with Kamal at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. Taking to X, Anupam called Kamal one of Indian cinema's best actors and said that he learnt a lot from the latter. "We sat in the airport lounge for almost an hour. In that one hour it seemed we spoke about a lifetime! So many topics – world cinema, K Balachander sir, life lessons, favourite books and of course the great RajniKanth sir!" wrote Anupam.

A while ago, Kamal responded to Anupam's appreciation post for him. "So nice of you, Anupam ji, to reflect our meeting with such warmth. Your work reflects a lifelong commitment to world cinema and fearless exploration. A conversation I will also cherish," the actor wrote.

Kamal and Anupam are yet to work together on a film. While Anupam Kher has The India House up next, he is also reportedly a part of the Khosla Ka Ghosla sequel's cast. On the other hand, Kamal Haasan's upcoming films include a yet-to-be-titled project with stunt choreographers Anbariv's directorial debut and another project with Rajinikanth. Kamal is producing the film starring Rajinikanth, although the project is yet to find a director. He is also thinking about sharing the screen with Rajinikanth and is hearing stories for it.
