Harish Kalyan, who has been basking in the limelight with back-to-back hits - Parking in 2023 and Lubber Pandhu in 2024 - is teaming up with director Vineeth Varaprasad of Lift-fame for his 15th project. On the occasion of Tamil New Year, the actor shared the first poster for the film and announced that shooting is in progress.
The yet-to-be-titled project has Preity Mukhundhan playing the female lead. The film, produced by Think Studios and Idaa Productions has cinematography handled by Karthik. No other details about the rest of the cast and technical crew have been announced. However, going by the blood-filled poster and 'Rage in progress' announcement, it looks like the film will be an action thriller with Harish Kalyan channeling his inner demons once again after Parking.
The actor is also awaiting the release of Diesel, directed by Adangathey-fame Shanmugam Muthusamy. The film, which wrapped shoot in 2023, also stars Athulya Ravi playing the female lead, Vinay as the antagonist and Ananya of Nadodigal-fame. Karunaas, Vivek Prasanna, Sachin Kedhekar, Zakir Husain, Thangadurai and KPY Dheena, among others form the supporting cast of the film.
