In an exclusive conversation with CE, actor Narain said that production on Train, his film with director Mysskin and actor Vijay Sethupathi, has been completed. The film reunites Narain with Mysskin after 2012's superhero feature Mugamoodi, starring Jiiva in the lead role. It also brings Mysskin and Vijay Sethupathi together after Pisasu II, which is yet to see a release date. Narain plays a cop in a police control room in the film, which he described as "an intense joyride."
Train also stars Ira Dayanand, Nassar, Vinay Rai, Vincent Asokan, Bhavana, Sampath Raj, Babloo Prithviraj, KS Ravikumar, Yugi Sethu, Ganesh Venkatraman, Kaniha, Diya Seetipalli, Singam Puli, Sriranjani, Ajay Rathnam, Thrigun Arun, and Raichal Rabecca. Shruti Haasan also plays a cameo role in the film.
Train's technical crew includes cinematographer Fowzia Fathima and editor Sri Watson. Apart from directing the film, Mysskin is also composing music.
Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu's banner V Creations, the film is now in its dubbing stage and is expected to release later this year.
