PT Sir Trailer: Hiphop Adhi as a PT teacher goes to great lengths to fight for justice

On Thursday, the makers of PT Sir, starring Hiphop Tamizha Adhi in the lead role, shared the trailer of the film.

Helmed by Karthik Venugopal, PT Sir, is Adhi's 7th film as an actor and 25th film as a music composer. The director has previously helmed the 2019 film Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja.

The two-minute-long trailer showcase Adhi's character being a happy-go-lucky physical training teacher who has a great camaraderie with his students. He is seen to be in love with a fellow teacher played by Kashmira. Parallely, we see Anikha Surendran's character being in distress and Adhi trying to help her. This gets him in trouble and Thyagarajan's character dismisses him from school. Forced to take matters into his own hands, Adhi's character is determined to solve the crisis in front of him.

In an earlier conversation with us about the film, director Karthik said, "PT Sir will be a fun-filled entertainer in which Adhi will be seen in a new avatar." The film is touted to be a commercial one with a message at the end. The film wrapped shooting in February this year.

Kashmira Pardeshi, who plays the female lead, has previously starred alongside Aadhi in Anbarivu. Anikha Surendran, Pandiarajan, Thiagarajan, and Munishkanth form the supporting cast of PT Sir.

The core technical crew also includes cinematographer Madhesh Manickam and editor GK Prasanna. The film is produced by Ishari Ganesh under the Vels Film International banner. The film recently received a U certificate from the CBFC. A release date for PT Sir is yet to be announced by the makers.
