The makers of the upcoming Tamil film Veppam Kulir Mazhai released the first single, Damakku Damakka, from the film on Monday. Composed by Shankar Rangarajan, with lyrics penned by Dhirav, the song has been sung by Srinisha.
Veppam Kulir Mazhai is directed by Pascal Vedamuthu; the film stars Dhirav and Ismath Bhanu in the lead roles, while MS Bhaskar plays a prominent role. Dhirav also serves as the film's producer and editor. The film also stars Rama, Master Karthikeyan, Dev Habibullah, Vijayalakshmi, and Aadukalam Stella.
Backed by Hashtag FDFS Productions, the film tells the story of a couple whose relationship starts falling apart due to the societal pressure to conceive a baby. The film's director, Pascal has previously worked as an assistant director in Magalir Mattum (2017) and Suzhal (2022).
The film's technical crew includes music director Shankar Rangarajan and cinematographer Prithvi Rajendran.
