Arya and Gautham Karthik's Mr X in last schedule of filming

Actor Arya, on Monday, took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to share an update regarding his physique, for his upcoming film, Mr X. In the post, he also shared that the shooting for the film has moved to the final schedule.

Sharing photos of his physique, the actor wrote, "I'm back at it again. This time for my next film Mr X directed by Manu Anand brother and bankrolled by Prince Pictures. Finalised the script in March 2023. Started working on the look in April 2023. Shooting started in September. Finally, we are in the last schedule. It's been one year of constantly pushing myself towards the goal. So here I am in March 2024." (sic)

Mr X is helmed by Manu Anand and also stars Sarath Kumar in a prominent role. Manu Anand has previously helmed Vishnu Vishal's FIR. Divyanka Anand Shankar and Raam H Puthran have penned the screenplay for the film, along with Manu.

In a previous conversation with CE, Manu said that Mr X will be an action drama. "The story revolves around two individuals, played by Arya and Gautham, who embark on a journey towards a common mission. The film unfolds with how their decisions lead them to a situation and how they come out of it," he says, adding that Mr X also explores father-son emotions.

The technical crew of Mr X consists of Tanveer Mir cranking the camera, Dhibu Ninan Thomas composing music and Prasanna GK handling the edit. The filming for Mr X is set to have taken place across India, Uganda and European countries.
