Official motion poster of Pitha out

The official motion poster of an upcoming Tamil film titled Pitha was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. The film is written and directed by V Karthik Kumar and stars V Mathi in the lead role.

The motion poster shows Mathi as a lead who is investigating a criminal case. We then see a butcher's knife fly and cut a finger. Pitha is produced by D Bala Subramani and C Sathish Kumar under the Srinik production banner.

Pitha also stars Vanitha Vijaykumar and Saravanan Subbaiah in lead roles. The makers are yet to announce the extended cast of the film. Rashaanth Arwin will compose the film's music, Franklin Richard will crank the camera and MS Bharathi will handle editing.

A release date for Pitha is yet to be announced.
