Nanban Oruvan Vandha Piragu trailer: A tale of childhood friendship blossoming into adulthood

The makers of Nanban Oruvan Vandha Piragu unveiled the trailer for the upcoming film on Sunday. The film marks Meesaya Murukku-fame Ananth's directorial debut and is also headlined by him.

The trailer shows Ananth as the protagonist who doesn't want to pursue Engineering and rather wants to study Viscom, so he can find a career in the film industry. Meanwhile, he plans to start an event management company with a group of friends. The happiness, struggles, and other problems he faces throughout this journey, form the crux of the film.

Also called NOVP, the film also features Bhavani Sre, RJ Vijay, and Monica in lead roles. Billed to be a drama based on friendship, Nanban Oruvan Vandha Piragu also stars Elango Kumaravel, Cooku With Comali fame-Bala, Wilspat, Irfan, Sabarish and RJ Aanandhi in supporting roles.

The film is produced by Masala Popcorn Productions and White Feather Studios. The technical crew of NOVP comprises DOP Tamil Selvan and editor Fenny Oliver. AH Kaashif has composed music for Nanban Oruvan Vandha Piragu.

Nanban Oruvan Vandha Piragu is all set to hit theatres on August 2.
