Director Parthiban places a cap on the ticket price of Teenz

Filmmaker Radhakrishnan Parthiban, who is gearing up for his upcoming film Teenz, has announced a cap on the ticket prices of the film.

In his announcement, the director said that for a few days of Teenz's release, people need not pay more than Rs 100. He said this is aimed at bringing the economically backward section of society to cinema halls and nothing else. He also said that this film will not incur a loss due to this decision.

Teenz marks Parthiban's 16th film as a director. He also produced the film along with Caldwell Velnambi, Dr Bala Swaminathan, Dr Pinchi Srinivaasan, and Ranjith Dhandapani.

The film has music by composer D Imman, cinematography by Gavemic Ary, and editing by R Sudarshan. Parthiban also wrote the lyrics for the songs in the film.

Teenz is all set to hit theatres on June 12, along with Kamal Haasan's Indian 2.
