Joju George shares pictures from Suriya 44 sets

Suriya, whose Kanguva is slated for release on October 10, has joined Karthik Subbaraj for his 44th outing. The first schedule of Suriya 44, bankrolled by Suriya's 2D Entertainment banner, is under progress in the Andaman Islands.

Joju George will be reuniting with Karthik Subbaraj in the film after starring in the Dhanush-led Jagame Thanthiram.

Joju posted pictures of his and the crew from the sets of Suriya 44. His post is being widely circulated on social media.

Apart from Suriya and Joju, the film's cast includes Pooja Hegde, Jayaram, and Karunakaran. The film went on floors this June.

Karthik Subbaraj is co-producing the film through his Stone Bench Films banner alongside Suriya's 2D Entertainment. The film has music composed by Karthik Subbaraj's regular collaborator Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography by Shreyaas Krishna, editing by Shafique Mohamed, art direction by Jackson, and action choreography by Kecha Khamphakdee.

Joju's upcoming films also include his directorial debut Pani, where he also turns writer and plays the lead character; the Mani Ratnam-Kamal Haasan film Thug Life; and a Hindi debut through Anurag Kashyap's directorial that stars Bobby Deol and Sanya Malhotra.
