Teaser of Kishen Das' Tharunam out

The makers of Kishen Das' Tharunam released the film's teaser on Thursday. Also starring Smruthi Venkat, the film is helmed by Arvindh Srinivasan. 

Tharunam's teaser shows romance brewing between Smruthi and Kishen, while it also looks like the former had a past relationship. We also get quick glimpses of trouble and violence in the teaser, promising a romantic thriller film. 

Tharunam marks Aravindh's sophomore, as he made his directorial debut with the Arulnithi-starrer Deja Vu. In an earlier conversation with CE, the director said, "The film shows how these two characters meet for the first time and fall in love. It is also about how they overcome a series of problems."

The film's technical crew includes DOP Raja Bhattacharjee, editor Arul E Siddharth, and art director Varnaalaya Jagadeesan. Tharunam is produced by Pugazh's Zhen Studios and ARKA Entertainments.
