Bala's Vanangaan Teaser: Arun Vijay is unstoppable in his quest for revenge

The much-awaited teaser of Arun Vijay's upcoming film Vanangaan has been released by the makers. The film is written and directed by Bala and backed by Suresh Kamatchi's V House Productions, in association with Bala's B Studios. 

The almost one-minute-long teaser opens with shots from various shots from Kanyakumari. Arun Vijay looks to be living near the sea and taking care of a child. He seems like a person who would go to any lengths to protect that girl from any distress. He is also seen bashing up goons left, right and centre which eventually lands him in jail. Mysskin is seen playing the role of a lawyer, while Samuthirakani essays the role of a police officer.  

Apart from Samuthirakani and Myskkin, Vanangaan stars Roshini Prakash as the female lead. The other actors in the cast are Ridha, Chhaya Devi, Bala Sivaji, Shanmugarajan, Yohan Chacko, Kavitha Gopi, Brindha Sarathy, Mai Pa Narayanan, Aruldas and Munish Sivagurunath.

It is to be noted that the film was initially announced with Suriya in the lead backed by him under his 2D Entertainment banner. However, due to some differences, the actor and production banner dropped out of the project. 

GV Prakash is the music composer for the film, which will feature cinematography by RB Gurudev and editing by Sathish Surya. Vairamuthu has penned verses for the songs in Vanangaan, while Silva has choreographed action sequences. A release date for the film is yet to be announced.
