Sivakarthikeyan's SK21 title teaser to be out on this date

It is well known that Sivakarthikeyan is collaborating with director Rajkumar Periasamy for his 21st film which is tentatively titled SK21. While the makers have kept major details of the film under wraps, Raaj Kamal Films International announced that the title teaser of the much-anticipated film will be out on February 16 at 5 pm.

The production house backed by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran also released a video where Sivakarthikeyan was seen training intensely for his role in SK21 including undergoing gun training and rigorous exercise to tone his body. They captioned the video saying, "Hard work-grit and a “can- do” mentality still matters-a great asset now on display… Hearts on Fire."  

Sai Pallavi has been roped in to play the female lead of SK21. Costume designer Amritha Ram, action director Stefan Richter and editor Kalaivanan R are also on board. The film's music will be composed by GV Prakash.  

Apart from RKFI, Sony Pictures International Productions is co-producing the film. OTT giant Netflix recently announced that they have bagged the post-theatrical rights for the film.

Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan was last seen in Ayalaan, which was released ahead of the Pongal festival. The film, directed by Ravikumar, also starred Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Isha Kopikkar and Rakul Preet Singh in prominent roles.
