The makers of Vikram's Thangalaan unveiled the complete audio of the 'Thangalaan Oppari' song from the film, on Wednesday. Composed by GV Prakash, the melancholic song is crooned by Kidakkuzhi Mariyammal and penned by Arivu.
Directed by Pa Ranjith, Thangalaan also stars Malavika Mohanan and Parvathy Thiruvothu in prominent roles. The film's cast also includes Pasupathy, Daniel Caltagirone, and Hari Krishnan. Thangalaan is a historical adventure that narrates the role of oppressed communities in the exploration of gold in the south of India.
On the technical team, the film has cinematography by A Kishor Kumar and editing by Selva RK. Tamil Prabha is the film's co-writer. Neelam Productions is backing Thangalaan, along with Studio Green.
Thangalaan hit theatres on August 15 and opened to positive reviews.
