Makers of Keerthy Suresh's upcoming film Raghu Thatha unveiled the third single, 'Poruthhiru Selva', on Monday.
The song describes how the patience of the male lead, played by Ravindra Vijay, is growing thinner as the female lead (Keerthy Suresh) puts off his romantic advances and wedding proposal, apparently due to her progressive thinking.
'Poruthhiru Selva' is composed by Sean Roldan and penned by him along with Manoj Kumar Kalaivanan, while SP Charan is on the vocals.
Two songs, 'Aruge Vaa' and 'Ek Gaon Mein', have already been released by the makers.
With a storyline revolving around the anti-Hindi agitation in Tamil Nadu during the '60s, Raghu Thatha has been billed as a comedy-drama.
MS Bhaskar, Devadarshini, Ravindra Vijay, Anandsamy, and Rajesh Balakrishnan round out the supporting cast of Raghu Thatha. Suman Kumar, a debut filmmaker, was one of the writers of the hit Prime Video series The Family Man.
The technical team of Raghu Thatha includes cinematographer Yamini Yagnamurthy, music composer Sean Roldan, and editor TS Suresh. The film has cleared censorship formalities with a 'U' certificate. The film is slated to hit theatres on August 15, along with Vikram's Thangalaan and Arulnithi's Demonte Colony 2.
