Second single from Soodhu Kavvum 2 to be out tomorrow

The makers of Soodhu Kavvum 2 announced that the second single, titled Mandaikku Sooru Eruthey, would be released tomorrow. 

Soodhu Kavvum 2 stars Shiva in the lead role. The first single, We Are Not The Same, was unveiled by the makers last month. It is sung by Anthony Dassan and Edwin Louis Viswanath, and the lyrics are by La Varadhan.

Soodhu Kavvum is a 2013 black crime comedy film directed by Nalan Kumarasamy. The film starred Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simha, Ashok Selvan, and Sanchita Shetty, among others. However, the four actors will not be returning for the sequel. Soodhu Kavvum 2 is written and directed by SJ Arjun. It stars Harisha, Radha Ravi, M.S. Bhaskar, Karate Karthi, Ramesh Thilak, Aruldoss, Kalki and Kavi. The film has a story penned by SJ Arjun and T Yogaraja.

In a press interaction, on what awaits fans of the original Soodhu Kavvum in the sequel, Arjun said, "Part two will replicate the absurd humour and other entertaining factors of the first instalment." In addition to that, he says that the film has an important point to convey about current issues. The film will also contain a message regarding the upcoming Lok Sabha elections." However, he assures that the message will be organic and not preachy.

The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Karthik K Thillai, music composer Edwin Louis Viswanath and editor Ignatious Aswin.
