Prabhu Deva to headline a superhero film titled Minman

Actor-director Prabhu Deva will star in a superhero film directed by Praveen and Sathish.

The film, titled Minman, is written by lyricist Madhan Karky.

The project was announced by the makers through a short video in which we are shown Prabhu Deva standing on skyscraper dressed as a superhero. He sports an the tricolour Indian flag as his cape.

Prabhu Deva shared the introduction video saying, "Excited to be a part of the full-fledged Indian SuperHero movie MINMAN and thrilled to be working with such a tech team Fingers Crossed."

Producer of Minman Vinod Senthil called the film a "full-fledged Indian SuperHero movie that promised to keep the audiences in the edge of their seats." He praised Prabhu Deva calling him "phenomenal" and his "unparalleled talent and dedication are set to bring our superhero to life."

Prabhu Deva had a slew of announcements recently including ARRPD6, backed and directed by Behindwoods Founder Manoj NS, in which AR Rahman will team up with Prabhu Deva after 25 years. He also returns to Malayalam cinema after a gap of 13 years (Urumi) with Kathanar - The Wild Sorcerer directed by Rojin Thomas.

Minman will be bankrolled by Vinod Senthil of Harry Productions. The film will be directed by Praveen and Sathish, the music will be composed by Kasyap, and the story and the screenplay of the film will be written by lyricist Madhan Karky
