Hiphop Tamizha Adhi-starrer Veeran is all set to hit the theatres on June 2. The film has been receiving a lot of questions about similarities with Basil Joseph's 2021 Malayalam directorial, Minnal Murali. Putting an end to such conundrums, the makers of Veeran released a video featuring Veeran helmer ARK Sarvan and Basil Joseph, along with Adhi.

In the lighthearted video, Basil Joseph stated that Veeran is not comparable to Minnal Murali, and ARK Sarvan has already shared Veeran's story with him.

Here is the trailer

Backed by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films, Veeran marks Adhi's third collaboration with the production house after Sivakumarin Sabadham and Anbarivu.

The film also stars Athira Raj, Vinay Rai, Munishkanth, Kaali Venkat, and Sassi elvaraj, in prominent roles.

The technical crew of the film consist of Deepak D Menon as the cinematographer and G K Prasanna as the editor. The film also has music composed by Adhi.
