On Wednesday, GV Prakash announced on Twitter that actor, filmmaker and musician T Rajendar has crooned the first single from Vishal's Mark Antony. Titled Adhirudha, the single will be released by the makers on July 15 at 6 pm.

The music composer made the announcement along with a short video that had a glimpse of T Rajendar recording for the song.

Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, Mark Antony is bankrolled by S Vinod Kumar, marking his second collaboration with Vishal after Enemy. Besides Vishal, the film features an ensemble cast, including, SJ Suryah, Sunil, Selvaraghavan, Ritu Varma, Abhinaya, Kingsley, and Y.G.Mahendran, among others.

Billed as a gangster action drama, the film's teaser, which got released earlier, suggests that the film exudes an element of time travel that allows Vishal and SJ Suryah to play multiple roles from different timelines.

The technical crew of Mark Antony comprises music composer GV Prakash Kumar, cinematographer Abhinandan Ramanujam and editor Vijay Velukutty. The film, slated to hit theatres on Vinayaga Chathurthi, will release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
