The makers of the upcoming horror Tamil film, Sync starring Kishen Das in the lead role, released the film's trailer on Wednesday. Directed by debutant Vikas Anand, Sync features Monica Chinnakotla, Soundarya Nandakumar, and Naveen George Thomas in other prominent roles. The film premieres in aha Tamil on July 21.

In the trailer, Kishen Das, Monica Chinnakotla, Soundarya Nandakumar, and Naveen George Thomas are shown getting into an accident. Later, they have a video call where they argue about who is responsible for the accident. However, they soon encounter a spooky figure and experience a supernatural event.

In an earlier conversation, speaking to Cinema Express, filmmaker Vikas said, "It is an unconventional horror film. Four friends go on a road trip, and when they return, they get caught in a hit-and-run case. While Kishen's character manages the situation and all of them return home, the subsequent events take a turn when they get on a video group call later in the night. The entire story unfolds in that one night."

The film's technical crew includes cinematographer PK Shivram, music composer Abhijith Ramaswami and editor R Manu Kathiresan.
