Vishal gives an update on Mark Antony CBFC enquiry case 

We had earlier reported that actor Vishal had called out Central Board of Film Certification in India (CBFC) as he accused them of asking for a bribe to grant the certificate for the Hindi release of his film Mark Antony. Post this incident, the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) assured him of swift action and initiated a probe into the claims.

The actor on Tuesday took to X (formerly Twitter) to give an update on the case. Vishal said that he finished his visit to CBI office in Mumbai. Calling it a "new experience", he added, "am glad the way the enquiry is being conducted. Took some inputs too about how a CBI office would look like."

“Lol. Never ever thought in my life I will be going to this Govt office too. Need to step in to stand up against corruption in real life too and not just in reel life,” Vishal concluded. A judgement on the case is expected to be made soon.

Mark Antony is an action comedy gangster drama, which features Vishal, SJ Suryah, Sunil, Ritu Varma, and Selvaraghavan among others. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, Mark Antony fared well at the box office and received mixed response from fans and critics.
