Here's when the trailer of Sivakarthikeyan-Madonne Ashwin's Maaveeran is set to drop

The much-awaited Sivakarthikeyan-Madonne Ashwin film, Maaveeran is right on track for the proposed release date of July 14. The makers are planning a huge pre-release event on July 2, and they announced on Friday that the trailer of the film will also be released on the same day. 

The sophomore film of National Award-winning filmmmaker Madonne, Maaveeran also stars Aditi Shankar, Saritha, Mysskin, Yogi Babu, and Sunil. The promotions for Maaveeran are also on full swing, as two songs from the album, namely Scene-ah Scene-ah and Vannarapettayila have been topping charts.

Backed by Shanthi Talkies, the film was earlier supposed to release on August 11, before zeroing in on the present release date. The film will release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu. 

With cinematography by Vidhu Ayyanna, Maaveeran has music by Bharath Shankar and editing by Philomin Raj.
