Kolai release date to be announced soon

On Tuesday, the makers of Vijay Anthony's Kolai announced that the film's release date will be revealed on June 28. The film is written and directed by Balaji K Kumar and produced by Infiniti Film Ventures and Lotus Pictures.

Previously, the makers released the film's trailer. The two-minute-long trailer introduces the film as a murder mystery. The film follows the mystery surrounding Indian model Leila, who is found dead under unknown circumstances. Vijay Antony portrays the role of a sleuth, who is employed to solve the case.

Kolai also features Ritika Singh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Murli Sharma, Siddhartha Shankar, Kishore Kumar, John Vijay, Arjun Chidambaram and Samkit Bohra. The film has music scored by Girishh Gopalakrishnan, cinematography by Sivakumar Vijayan, editing by Selva RK and art direction by Arusamy.

Kolai is set to release in Telugu and Hindi as Hatya.
