Ajith Kumar-Vignesh Shivan's film to go on floors this month?

After Thunivu, which is set to hit the theatres in just a couple of weeks, actor Ajith Kumar will collaborate with Vignesh Shivan for his next.

Tentatively titled AK 62, the film is backed by Lyca Productions. Recently, in a media interaction, Vignesh revealed that the upcoming project will be his kind of film even though it has a megastar and added that he has the freedom to do what he wants. While fans can't wait to know more about this project, the latest buzz suggests that the film's production will commence on January 17. Speculations are also rife that the film has Trisha as the female lead. However, no official announcement has been made yet. 

AK 62 will have music scored by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his third collaboration with Ajith. And on New Year's day, Vignesh shared a gratitude post for being able to helm such a big project.
