Adhik Ravichandran ties the knot with Aishwarya Prabhu

Mark Antony director Adhik Ravichandran has officially tied the knot with actor Prabhu's daughter, Aishwarya Prabhu. The ceremony took place in Chennai, on December 15. The event was attended by leading members of the film fraternity, including Mani Ratnam, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Bhagyaraj, Dulquer Salmaan, and actor Vishal who played the lead in Mark Antony, among others.

Sharing a photo of the newlywed couple, actor Vishal took to his official X account to pen a note congratulating them. "So damn happy for you my darling Adhik and my dearest sister Aishwarya on your wedding today and starting a new chapter in your lives you have the universe's blessings and especially your parents prabhu sir and punitha aunty's positivity and blessings now. Coming to the point, having married my sister dear Adhik you better take care of her like a princess as you have already dealt with an action hero. You know what's in store, Lol, just kidding, I know you will." (sic)

Notably, Aishwarya, Sivaji Ganesan's grandaughter and Vikram Prabhu's sister was previously married to a person called Kunal and later got divorced due to undisclosed reasons.

On the work front, Adhik has helmed a number of films including Trisha Illana Nayanthara, Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan, and Bhageera. His Mark Antony, which also starred SJ Suryah, Selvaraghavan and Sunil among others, performed commendably well at the box office.
