The USP of Sivakarthikeyan's long-awaited upcoming sci-fi film Ayalaan is the titular alien. While the Alien in question is CG-made in the film, the makers have been maintaining the mystery behind the voice of the character. On Wednesday, makers of the film revealed that actor Siddharth has voiced Ayalaan's Alien.
Sharing the news on X, the makers tweeted, "Thank you Actor Siddharth for being a part of Ayalaan and giving life to our cosmic Neighbour. Every bit of enthusiasm, commitment and hard work you've given has made our Ayalaan more realistic and lovely. And we hope the audience will love your work as much as we did." (sic)
Indru Netru Naalai fame Ravikumar has helmed the film. Ayalaan also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Isha Koppikar, Yogi Babu and Karunakaran in prominent roles. Bankrolled by 24 AM Studios and KJR Studios, the film's audio launch is coming up, on December 26.
Ayalaan has music by AR Rahman, cinematography by Nirav Shah, and stunts by Anbariv. The film is gearing up for release for Pongal in 2024.
Meanwhile, Siddharth was last seen in Chittha, which became a blockbuster hit, as well as, a critically acclaimed film. He currently has The Test, along with Madhavan and Nayanthara in the pipeline.
