Director Sudha Kongara lauds Bhavani Sre for Viduthalai Part  1

Vetri Maran's directorial  Viduthalai Part 1 was released in theatres on March 30. The film stars Bhavani Sre as the female lead. Director Sudha Kongara, who featured Bhavani Sre in her short film Thangam from Paava Kadhaigal (2020), has showered praises upon the actor after catching  Viduthalai Part 1 recently. 

Taking to her Twitter handle, the Soorarai Pottru helmer wrote, "From my Shahira to Tamizh Arasi ….. a brilliant growth! Loved you and so proud." (sic)

Bhavani Sre essayed the character Shahira in Thangam alongside Kalidas Jayram and Shanthanu Bhagyaraj. In Viduthalai, the actor plays the role of a tribal girl named Tamizh Arasi opposite Soori. The actor made her Tamil feature debut with Aishwarya Rajesh - Vijay Sethupathi starrer Ka Pae Ranasingam.
