Censor formalities for Driver Jamuna over 

The film stars Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role

Driver Jamuna, the upcoming Tamil film starring Aishwarya Rajesh in the titular role, has been certified U/A with the censor certificate, the makers announced on social media.

The film is set to release in theatres in November. However, the makers did not announce the release date yet.

Driver Jamuna is directed by Kinslin, who earlier made his directorial debut with Vattikuchi.

The upcoming film will feature Aishwarya playing a cab driver, Jamuna. Earlier the makers released the trailer of the film which reveals the film to be a thriller where Aishwarya gets entangled in a problem during a ride.

Driver Jamuna will release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. With music by Ghibran, and shot by Gokul Benoy, the film is edited by R Ramar. Apart from Aishwarya, the film also features Aadukalam Naren, Kavitha Bharathi, Standup comedian Abhishek Kumar, among others.

Meanwhile, apart from Driver Jamuna, Aishwarya has various projects in the pipeline. The actor has Farhana with director Nelson Venkatesan. Backed by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film will also star Selvaraghavan, Jithan Ramesh, Kitty, Anumol and Aishwarya Dutta, among others. Aishwarya also has the Tamil remake of Malayalam film The Great Indian Kitchen by the same name, Ajayante Randam Moshanam Malayalam film alongside Tovino Thomas and Krithi Shetty. Besides these, the actor has Theeyavar Kulaigal Nadunga, Soppana Sundari, at various stages of production.
