Dhanush heaps praise on Rishabh Shetty's Kantara

Kantara, the recently released Kannada film, opened to positive reception and reviews, owing to which the film is dubbed in other languages like Malayalam, Tamil, and released. Actor Dhanush is the latest to shower praise on the film. 

"Kantara ..  Mind blowing !! A must watch .. Rishab Shetty , you should be very proud of yourself. Congratulations hombale films .. keep pushing the boundaries. A big hug to all the actors and technicians of the film. God bless," Dhanush wrote on Twitter. 

Kantara is an action thriller film starring Rishabh Shetty. The film is also written and directed by Rishabh, with Hombale Films backing it. The film talks about the conflict between people of the local soil and those in authority over land rights issues. The conflict of the film entwines the local Bhoota Kola tradition to the narrative. 

The film also stars Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Sapthami Gowda, among others. With music by Ajaneesh Loknath, the film's cinematography is by Arvind Kashyap.

Kantara is currently running in theatres.
