We had earlier reported that Vijay Sethupathi is teaming up with director Ponram for a film that's tentatively titled VJS 46. With reports of shooting being wrapped up doing the rounds early this year, the latest update from the team of VJS 46 is here.

The first look and title of the Ponram film will be out today evening. The action-entertainer, which stars former Miss India World Anukreety Vas, features Vijay Sethupathi as a cop. Along with the announcement of the update, the makers shared a photo that features Vijay Sethupathi in a silhouette inside a police station. We see a cap, lathi, and a name board that reads M Vascodagama, Superintendent (or Deputy Superintendent) of Police.

VJS 46 has music by D Imman while Dinesh Krishnan and Vivek Harshan are in charge of cinematography and editing, respectively. The film also stars Vijay TV-fame Pugazh in a pivotal role.

Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi, who was last seen in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kadhal has a long lineup of films including Michael, Merry Christmas, Viduthalai, Mumbaikar and Jawan.
