Santhanam's Agent Kannayiram trailer release plans out

The film is the remake of the Telugu blockbuster Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya

The makers of Santhanam-starrer Agent Kannayiram have announced that the film's trailer will be out on November 11. Directed by Vanjagar Ulagam-fame Manoj Beedha, the film is the remake of the Telugu blockbuster Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. The 2019-released investigative comedy-thriller had Naveen Polishetty and Shruti Sharma in the leads.

The Tamil version has Santhanam reprising Naveen Polishetty's titular character, a rookie detective. It also stars Riya Suman, Sruthi Hariharan, Cooku With Comali-fame Pugazh, Munishkanth, Redin Kingsley, E Ramadoss, Aruvi Madhan, Aadhira, and others. Guru Somasundaram will also be making a cameo appearance in it.

Agent Kannayiram has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film is produced by Labrynth Films, who also backed Manoj Beedha's Vanjagar Ulagam. It is set to hit screens on November 25.

Santhanam, last seen in Gulu Gulu, next has Kick coming up. The film is directed by Prashant Raj, who is known for helming Kannada films Love Guru, Gaana Bajaana, Whistle and OrangeDharala Prabhu-fame Tanya Hope is the female lead in Kick, which is said to be a comedy entertainer.
