Composer Thaman on Vijay's dance in Varisu's Ranjithamey 

Composer Thaman, who has always established himself as an ardent fan of Vijay, saw the video of the song Ranjithamey from their film Varisu today and tweeted out saying, "I bet none of the audience will be able to sit in their seats when Ranjithamey comes on screen! Eager to enjoy it on the silver screen as a fan."

The song composed by Thaman, has been sung by Vijay and Manasi MM. The lyric video of the song was released on YouTube and has been trending number one on the platform. The dance choreo of the number has been handled by Jani master, who previously worked with Vijay in Beast. 

Varisu is directed by Vamshi Paidipally and he has written the film along with Hari and Ashishor Solomon. The Tamil dialogues are penned by Vivek. Dil Raju and Shirish are bankrolling the movie under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Varisu stars Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and will have an ensemble star cast, including Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha and Samyuktha.

The technical crew consists of Karthick Palani as cinematographer, with KL Praveen taking care of editing. Sri Harshith Reddy and Sri Hanshitha are the co-producers of the film.

Varisu will release in Telugu as Varisudu
