The second look of Vishnu Vishal’s upcoming film Gatta Kusthi was released by the makers on social media on Thursday. The poster features Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi who plays the female lead in the film.

Gatta Kusthi will release in Telugu as Matti Kusthi. Directed by Chella Ayyavu, the upcoming film is backed by Vishnu Vishal in association with Ravi Teja under Vishnu Vishal Studioz and RT Teamworks banners.

While the first look showed Vishnu Vishal as a wrestler, the second poster shows the romantic side of the film. Vishnu Vishal, and Aishwarya Lekshmi appear in bride and groom costumes.

The film has music by Justin Prabhakaran, while Richard M Nathan is the cinematographer and Prasanna GK is the editor. The shooting of the film has completed and the post-production works are currently underway. The makers are planning to release the film in December.

Gatta Kusthi is the third sports film for Vishnu, who made his debut with Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu (2009). His 2014 film, Jeeva, dealt with the issues and politics surrounding the game of cricket. Meanwhile, the actor, who was last seen in FIR, has Mohandas in the making.
