Shiva, Megha Akash and Anju Kurian will headline director Vignesh Sha PN's debut film, Single Shankarum Smart Phone Simranum. The playful first look of the film was released by the makers and features Shiva in an almost Billa 2-esque pose with the Hulk and Iron Man acting as henchmen of sorts.

The project, which marks singer Mano's return to acting, also stars Ma Ka Pa Anandh, Bugs, Shah Ra, Rajendran, Kalki Raja, KPY Bala, and Divya Ganesh in important roles.

Single Shankarum SmartPhone Simranum will feature Shiva as Shankar, a food delivery executive, and Megha Akash as Simran, an AI. Talking more about the film, Vignesh said, "The looks and body language of Simran would be something fans would love. Anju Kurian plays a youngster who is hooked on to social media. The film is a fantasy romantic comedy, which can be enjoyed by audiences across ages."

Backed by K Kumar's Lark Studios, the film will have music by Leon James and editing by Boopathy Selvaraj.

With the shooting of the film recently wrapped up, Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum is in the final stages of production.
