First look of actor Neeraj Madhav from the upcoming Silambarasan TR-starrer Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu was released today on the occasion of Neeraj's 32nd birthday.

The film's producers Vels Film International released the poster on their Twitter handle.

The poster introduces us to Neeraj's character Sridharan, featuring him as a barber.

Scripted by B Jeyamohan and directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is an action-thriller that tells the story of street thugs in Mumbai. Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu marks Silambarasan's third feature collaboration with Gautham. They have earlier worked together in films Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, and Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada.

Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu also stars Siddhi Idnani, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Siddique, and Aangelina Abraham. AR Rahman is composing the movie, which is bankrolled by Ishari Ganesh. The film has Siddhartha Nuni as the cinematographer and Gautham Menon's frequent collaborator Antony as the editor.

An official teaser of the film was released in December.
