Sivakarthikeyan shares Maaveeran first look posters online

Maaveeran is directed by Mandela fame Madonne Ashwin

Published: 15th July 2022

Sivakarthikeyan announced the first look poster for his next film titled Maaveeran. The film is also set to release in Telugu under the title Mahaveerudu. Maaveeran is directed by Mandela fame Madonne Ashwin. Music for the film is composed by Bharath Sankar while Philomin Raj handles editing and Vidhu Ayyanna handles the cinematography.

The makers announced the beginning of their production with a title announcement video, released by Telugu actor Mahesh Babu on Twitter today. Unlike the usual trend of a motion poster to announce the title, Maaveeran’s title announcement carried a 2-minute video tease where the look and feel of the movie were revealed to the audience.

Following the title announcement in the morning, actor Sivakarthikeyan released the poster that showed the look of his character. Details about the movie, including the story and cast, are being kept under wraps for now since the project is still under production.
