Yogi Babu and Karunakaran's Panni Kutty trailer out

The film will release in theatres on July 8

The trailer of Panni Kutty, the upcoming Tamil film starring Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, among others, was released by the makers on Friday.

The film is set to hit the big screens on July 8.

Directed by Anucharan, who recently directed a few episodes of web series Suzhal, the film’s story is written by Ravi Murukaya. The duo wrote the screenplay, while it is backed by Sameer Bharat Ram under the banner Super Talkies. As seen from the trailer, Yogi Babu appears to be a pig rearer.

Apart from Yogi Babu, and Karunakaran, others part of the cast include orator Dindugal Leoni, Lakshmi Priya, who will also be seen in prominent roles. The film’s technical crew consists of music by K, with Sathish Murugan as the cinematographer. Anucharan has also edited the film.

Panni Kutty has been censored with an U certificate.

Meanwhile, Yogi Babu, who is currently seen in Yaanai which released in theatres on Friday (July 1), will be seen in several films such as Kasethan Kadavulada, Naane Varuven, Varisu, among others, that are in various stages of production.
