Trailer plans out for Nayanthara's Connect

The makers of Nayanthara-starrer Connect have announced that the film's trailer will be out exactly at midnight 12 AM on December 9. Directed by Ashwin Saravanan, the film is scheduled to hit screens on December 22. Interestingly, the team is planning to release the 99-minute-long film in theatres without intermission.

Connect is a horror thriller just like the previous actor-director duo's film Maya (2015). The new film is set during the pandemic-induced nationwide lockdown period. Ashwin has scripted it with his partner Kaavya Ramkumar. They had earlier co-written the 2019-released psychological thriller Game Over.

Connect, produced by Vignesh Shivan's Rowdy Pictures, also stars Anupam Kher, Vinay Rai, Sathyaraj, and child actor Haniya Nafisa in pivotal roles. The film has music by Prithvi Chandrasekhar and cinematography by Manikantan Ramachary. Richard Kevin is the editor.
