Actor Suriya's recent cameo appearance in Kamal Haasan's Vikram, as Rolex, won an unanimous appreciation from audiences across industries. Now, if reports are to be believed, Vikram director Lokesh Kanagaraj will team up with Suriya to revive Irumbu Kai Mayavi.

While an official announcement on the same has not been made yet, according to reports, Lokesh and Suriya have been in talks and the actor wants to revive the project.

Lokesh had earlier narrated the story of Irumbu Kai Mayavi to Suriya. However, the film did not take off due to their prior commitments. The film is expected to be a superhero film based on comic book The Steel Claw, which follows the life of a superhero who tackles criminals with his metal hand.

Meanwhile, Lokesh is currently on a social media break and working on his next script. It is expected that the director will collaborate with Vijay once again after Master for Thalapathy67. On the other hand, Suriya has Vanangaan with Bala, Vaadi Vaasal with Vetrimaaran and an untitled film with Siva.
