Atharvaa's Trigger to release in September 

Trigger is an action thriller directed by filmmaker Sam Anton

Trigger, the upcoming Tamil film starring Atharvaa Murali in the lead role, is set to release in theatres in September, actor-politician Udhayanidhi Stalin announced on social media. However, the release date is yet to be announced.

The film will be released in Tamil Nadu by Romeo Pictures.

Trigger is an action thriller directed by filmmaker Sam Anton, who has previously collaborated with the actor for the 2019 thriller 100. The upcoming film is expected to be an action thriller and based on a father-son relationship. Veteran actor Arun Pandian is playing the father character. Apart from them, the film also features Tanya, Krishna Kumar, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan  Munishkanth, Aranthangi Nisha, Chinni Jayanth, and Anbudasan among others in pivotal roles.

Produced by Prateek Chakravorty and Shruti Nallappa of Pramod Films, the film will have Krishnan Vasant handling the cinematography and Ruben in charge of editing. Ghibran is composing the music.
