Second schedule of Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu wrapped

The second schedule of Gautham Menon's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu has been wrapped. The announcement was made through the film's male lead, Silambarasan TR's Twitter handle. 

He shared a photo of him in the character's costume, looking into the mobile phone along with Gautham. He is seen to be surrounded by the crew members in the night shoot. 

Vendhu Thandhathu Kaadu, which has music by AR Rahman, is produced by Ishari Ganesh under his banner Vels Films International. 

The actor was recently in the news for singing CSK Singangala, a song from his upcoming film Corona Kumar, dedicating it to the fans of the Chennai IPL team. 

Meanwhile, Simbu is awaiting the release of Venkat Prabhu's Maanaadu, which is set for a Deepavali release.
