Neelam Productions teams up with Pa Ranjith's associate director Dhinakaran Sivalingam
The film, billed to be a comedy-drama, is co-produced by TN Arun Balaji's Balloon Pictures
Pa Ranjith's Neelam Productions will next produce the Kaala director's associate Sivalingam's debut venture, which is touted to be a comedy-drama.
Dhinakaran Sivalingamhas earlier worked in films for Kabali and Kaala respectively. The film will cover some of the contemporary issues of the state.

Pa Ranjith shared the news on Twitter along with a picture with the director.
TN Arun Balaji (son of actor Poster Nandhakumar of Madras fame) is co-producing the film.
The cast and other details of the crew are expected to be announced soon.
