Kate Hudson joins the massive ensemble cast of Knives Out 2

The cast of Knives Out 2 is growing bigger day after day with the likes of Hollywood A-liters such as Leslie Odom Jr, Kathryn Hahn, Janelle Monáe, Dave Bautista, and Edward Norton joining lead actor Daniel Craig in the sequel to the 2019-whodunit. The latest addition to this massive ensemble is Kate Hudson.

Hudson, best known for her roles in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Bride Wars, Nine, Deepwater Horizon, and Marshall, will reportedly join the film's shoot in Greece soon. Rian Johnson, who wrote and directed the original, will be returning to helm the Netflix-backed sequel, and the film is expected to follow to yet another murder mystery. 

Early this year, Netflix acquired the rights for two sequels of Knives Out with a clause that both the sequels should be anchored by Craig and must have at least the budget of the originl.

Hudson, who was recently seen in Music, is also set to appear in the mystery thriller Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon and Shriver alongside Michael Shannon.
