DJ Snake recreates Enjoy Enjaami

French music producer DJ Snake, in collaboration with singer Dhee, has released a remix version of Enjoy Enjaami, the hit Tamil independent single which was released back in March. Produced by Santhosh Narayanan, the original single was sung by Arivu and Dhee, which went on to set huge records on YouTube.

DJ Snake has now blended the Tamil number with his signature electronic dance beats, which also has overtones of DJs past hit number Magenta Riddim

The remix is part of Spotify Single Initiatives, an endeavor to make musicians across the world recreate hit numbers.

In a statement about the remix, Dhee was quoted as saying, "I am so excited about being the first artist from India to be a part of the Spotify Singles program and that too for my debut independent single. I can’t wait for everyone to hear what DJ Snake has recreated."

Santhosh Narayanan took to Twitter to share the song and wrote, "Thank your DJ Snake for the Enjoy Enjaami remix. This is lit. Kambali Poochis and all its Thangachis send their love to you."

DJ Snake's fascination for Indian music and pop culture is not something new, and it is evident in his songs like Magenta Riddim and Lean On.
