Life’s unpredictable: Akshay Kumar mourns loss of Kesari co-star Sandeep Nahar

Akshay Kumar has mourned the loss of his Kesari co-star Sandeep Nahar on Twitter. Sandeep, 32, died by suicide at his Mumbai residence on Monday, hours after posting a suicide note and video on Facebook. 

In Kesari (2018), Sandeep essayed one of the Sikh soldiers during the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi. His character was named Sepoy Buta Singh. The role of his commander, Havildar Ishvar Singh, was played by Akshay. 

Besides Kesari, Sandeep had also appeared in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016) and several TV shows. 

In his Facebook post, Sandeep had opened up about his mental state and accused his wife, Kanchan, of harassing him with arguments. The actor, however, said no one from his family should be held responsible for his death.
