Vaisshnav Tej's untitled film with Ketika Sharma was launched in Hyderabad today. Produced by BVSN Prasad, the family drama introduces Gireesaaya as the director.

Prasad is confident that this film will take Vaisshnav closer to the family audience. "The film has a good story to tell and it caters to the family audience looking for clean entertainers," says the producer.

On collaborating with Gireesaaya, Prasad adds, "It is really exciting to join hands with Gireesaaya, who recently tasted success with Adithya Varma, the Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy. The crew and other details of this film will be announced shortly."

The launch event was attended by Vaisshnav's mother Vijaya Durga and his brother and actor Sai Tej.

Meanwhile, Vaisshnav is awaiting the release of his second film, directed by Krish. He also has a yet-untitled film with Annapurna Studios in the pipeline.

Ketika, on the other hand, is making her Telugu debut opposite Akash Puri in Romantic. She is also part of Naga Shaurya's upcoming sports drama, Lakshya.
