Sundeep Kishan and the team of his upcoming sports drama, A1 Express, finally resumed shoot today after a gap of five months, complying with the safety guidelines of the Telangana government.

The 33-year-old actor is delighted to be back on the sets and termed his production unit a 'dedicated team'. "I am excited to be back on the sets and I thank my team for making it happen. It's going to be a 15-day schedule that will be carried out amid safety precautions. We are regularly disinfecting and sanitising the location while adhering to social distancing," says Sundeep.

Directed by Dennis Jeevan Kanukolanu, the film also features Lavanya Tripathi as the female lead. A remake of the Tamil sports drama, Natpe Thunai, the film presents both Sundeep and Lavanya as hockey players.

On the other hand, principal photography for Sundeep's second production venture, Vivaha Bhojanambu also commenced today. Directed by Ram Abbaraju, the comic caper is rumoured to have actor Brahmaji in the lead role.
