Speculations state that Bollywood actor Janhvi Kapoor is likely to make her Telugu debut opposite Jr NTR. Sources state that the 23-year-old actor is the front runner to play the female lead in NTR's new movie directed by Trivikram Srinivas.

Tentatively titled Ayinanu Poyi Ravale Hastinaku, the film is being bankrolled by S Radha Krishna under Haarika and Hassine Creations banner.

"Trivikram wants to have a fresh onscreen pairing for NTR and is contemplating initiating a dialogue with Janhvi Kapoor. Currently, he is giving final touches to the script and if everything works out, he will take things forward," informs a source close to the director.

Janhvi, who has on many occasions expressed her wish to work in a Telugu film, was also considered for Vijay Deverakonda's martial arts drama Liger and Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab.

Jr NTR is currently shooting for SS Rajamouli's period action film RRR, while Janhvi is basking in the success of her latest release, Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
