Sai Dharam Tej, who is basking in the success of Prathi Roju Pandaage, has now bagged a Sukumar production. The yet-to-be-titled film will be written and directed by Karthik Varma Dandu, who earlier made his directorial debut with the 2015 stoner-comedy Bham Bolenath.
Touted to be a mystical thriller, the film was announced with an intriguing poster that connects the mystery of a shat chakram, naked eye, and a Sanskrit shloka that goes, "Siddharthi naama samvathsare, brihasmritihi simharasou sthitha namaye, anthima pushkare."
The film, which will be co-produced by BVSN Prasad, has a screenplay written by Sukumar himself. The female lead and rest of the cast are yet to be finalised.
Meanwhile, Tej is currently shooting for Solo Brathuke So Better and an untitled socio-political actioner under Deva Katta's direction.
